DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS?

We are by appointment only due to our salon rarely having walk-in availability. If you are looking to come in same day, call or text our front desk at (509) 741-0186 to check for last-minute openings on our stylists’ books. Most clients book out their appointments weeks in advance to ensure they are on our schedule, but you can also be added to a waitlist if you are looking for a specific time or date or to be notified if there is availability before your scheduled appointment.

ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS?

Yes! We are always accepting new clients. Occasionally a particular stylist may temporarily close their schedules to new guests, but we always have stylists who are ready to welcome you to our family with open arms!

WHAT IS YOUR NO-SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your appointment up to one day before the day of your service. We ask that you please respect our stylists time and livelihood by always notifying us if you will not be coming to your appointment.

DO I NEED A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

An in-depth consultation is included with all appointments, whether that is cut, color, styling, or a smoothing treatment. If you are looking to make a big change, book a specialty color service, or would like to chat with a stylist in person, we highly recommend you book a complimentary consultation first to ensure you are booked for the correct timing, service, and accurately price quoted. We also require consultations prior to booking extension installs, bleach and tones, and pintura highlights due the varied timing and pricing in these services.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

For parking your car near the salon, we have 2HR street parking available right in front, but for longer appointments and more availability there is a parking lot available to use next to the building. Finding a parking spot shouldn’t be a concern!
